Which direction am I running in?
Check out this photo C took of me enjoying the snow....but the question is am I running towards the camera or away from it?

Snow, snow, glorious snow!
After being on tender hooks for days it finally started snowing on Friday. It was quite heavy and by lunchtime L was sent home from work and C and I were on our way home too.
We headed up to the park and straight away I was head down sniffing the glorious white stuff. The park was busy with lots of children on toboggans and these pale people made from the white stuff called 'snowmen'.
By Saturday it had stopped snowing, but there was still plenty of it about to roll around in. Then yesterday I woke up to find it snowing again and in the afternoon L & C took me out for a long walk in it, bliss.
I don't want it to ever go away, but I have a feeling it isn't here to stay.

Perfect weather for bog snorkelling
On my walk yesterday I decided it was high time I did some bog snorkelling. So off I went into all the puddles I could find. I then spotted a partner in crime, Poppy the black labrador! So we had a brilliant doodle dash and then jumped around in a massive puddle to try and get as dirty as possible. Bliss!
Me? muddy? never! |
I nearly forgot...my secret santa present
I nearly forgot to tell you all about the brilliant Secret Santa present that another doodle sent me for Christmas.
L arranged it through the doodlesnpoodles forum and asked Santa Paws to pick a doodle for me to send a present to and I also got one, result. (I chose a very squeeky present to send).
As L & C were away for Christmas I finally got to open my present on 30th December. It was brilliant, a donkey loofa toy, though unfortunately the stuffing seemed to just spill out everywhere....

Survived the end of the Mayan calendar!
Happy New Year!
Happy New Year everyone!
I have had a pawtastic Christmas. L and C went to Mexico for Christmas (ok for some I guess!) and I went to stay with L & J and my new best doggy friend Tara.
Tara and I have only met a few times, but how it works is....we bundle each other...then we bundle each other some more...and then some more. This can go on for quite some time. Tara's best trick is to get me by the jowls, but I just keep spinning around until she has to let go...then a quick break and off we go again. Anyway I had a great time and we went swimming most days, but just going outside for a walk meant getting wet as it poured and poured with rain.
Anyway, like I said L & C went off to sunny climes to celebrate C's birthday and Christmas. They had a great time visiting places such as Chichen Itza, Tulum, Playa del Carmen and Xcaret eco park. I did hear that L snorkelled into the wall while swimming along the underground cave in the dark at Xcaret, whoops-a-daisy!
I have kindly agreed to post some of their photos here:
